It's so difficult, especially in a job you really love, to not take certain things personally or let it affect you. It's almost like a bad relationship. All I can tell you is that you shouldn't let it personally hurt you (I know...easier said than done), but in the long run it will make you stronger and even more prepared to deal with these situations. I really appreciate you sharing this, because I think it's really good to help put things into perspective. I seriously love this job and the team was a great one but it is just boss's wife who came and destroyed everything unintentionally.
