Thank you Bobby, it is really comforting when people understands what you are going through. All of us has the moral completely down since the recent incidents. I know all employers are not same but after something like this happening during my first employment I do not want to work for anyone again...

Hey Ruby, I have been in similar situations where a family member, who had no idea what they were doing, became a boss of some sort. It's so difficult, especially in a job you really love, to not take certain things personally or let it affect you. It's almost like a bad relationship. All I can tell you is that you shouldn't let it personally hurt you (I know...easier said than done), but in the long run it will make you stronger and even more prepared to deal with these situations. I really appreciate you sharing this, because I think it's really good to help put things into perspective. It's a great post by the way and I'm really glad to see you writing again:)

Hi Lorna,
I completely agree with you. I seriously love this job and the team was a great one but it is just boss's wife who came and destroyed everything unintentionally. I have learned so much since I joined and this being my first official job but this bad experience will probably mark me for life...

Well, if you ever decide to leave a job, remember to try your best to leave in good terms (yeah, even with the person you have conflict with, just a simple and polite good bye), and don't "burn all your bridges" with the people in your work place just because you had a bad experience with the company.

All the best.
